It was just a good pick for a weekend trip in Cancun with good value for money. The staff helped me store my luggage, which was super convenient while I explored the area. Make sure to enjoy the local food options nearby. they are fantastic.

while the location was conveniently close to everything, I was greeted by an overwhelming odor of mildew in my room. Also, I can't believe I had to struggle with the faucet that only worked for 3 seconds! I almost left a great review, but not receiving a complimentary upgrade left me feeling utterly neglected, just like the dirty chair in my room.

Location's a winner, heaps of food nearby! Just a shame about the hot water taking ages to warm up. Overall, sweet vibe and comfy room!

Came back to a familiar place after traveling to another city, and I loved that they stored my suitcase safely while I was away. The relaxing vibe really hit the spot, especially during my downtime, and the cozy atmosphere made it feel like home. I just wish there was a receptionist like Alejandro available at all times to help answer questions, but overall, it was a nice experience! 😊

Staying here felt amazing as it's just a few steps from vibrant Palapas, Cancun and only a short jaunt to the serene Casa de Cultura Cancun, making city exploration a breeze while enjoying the local culture and fresh air. I loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff, who were very accommodating and helpful during my stay.

the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with reliable a/c. wifi was a bit slow.

I loved how easy it was to stroll over to Ceviche Square, which is just a short 5-minute walk away, and I also enjoyed the local food scene at the nearby Mercado 28 that's less than 2 km from the hotel, making my weekend exploration in Cancun absolutely delightful.
