The resort had a great location, with stunning views and a beachfront access. the multiple pools were a great feature, providing plenty of options for relaxation and swimming. Additionally, the resort had a range of restaurants to choose from, offering a variety of cuisines to cater to different tastes.

The staff lacked professionalism and provided incorrect information on multiple occasions. the air conditioning in the bedroom was not very effective and was very loud, making it difficult to sleep.

We loved the friendly staff, who provided great service throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with lots of pools and beautiful views of the ocean from our room. The location was perfect, right on a stunning beach and close to the new beach area. The transportation services, including the shuttle and free room pickup, made it easy to get around the resort and explore the nearby areas.

This luxurious hotel provided exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and stunning beach access with sun loungers. the hotel's staff provided excellent service, offering full body massages, spa lounges, and foot, back. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were great spots to have dinner and drinks, and the hotel also provided packed lunches, special diet menus, and private facilities. Cons: We experienced only one minor issue during our stay in this hotel. the Wi-Fi system was spotty, but it was not a significant problem since we didn't spend much time on our devices in this beautiful venue.

The highlight of my stay at Pacifica Resort was the evening bicycle tour led by Vladimir. Despite the language barrier, he managed to be personable and even assisted a little girl who fell off her bike. His kindness and first aid skills were impressive. I had a wonderful time at Pacifica Resort and would recommend it to others.

Great pool and a decent spa. the staff was always friendly and helpful with recommendations for things to do around the hotel. the location was fantastic, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and shops.

The room was not the cleanest and it had a musty smell. the hotel lacked entertainment and fun activities, making it a bit dull.
