The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, despite the fact that we didn't speak Spanish. The amenities, such as the flat screen TV, air conditioning, and strong wifi, were all top-notch. We especially appreciated the reliable housekeeping service and the daily delivery of fresh water. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was easy to check in, with spacious rooms and a great shower. The AC worked well and they provided two free mini bottles of water. The apartment was clean and had a large comfortable bed. The kitchenette was adequate and the fridge was big enough. The location was excellent, close to la Reforma and metro stations. The staff were welcoming and we would definitely stay again.
