My daughter has Coeliac’s Disease and we were worried about the food options. But the staff, especially Yasmin and Alejandro, went out of their way to ensure she had a safe and delicious breakfast every day. It was a huge relief and made our stay at Intercontinental Cozumel great. I recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.

The resort is perfectly located, close to all the attractions yet far enough away to experience tranquility. The beach offers great snorkeling opportunities, and the resort has a fantastic dive shop right next to the main restaurant. The rooms are well-appointed with high-quality fittings, and the service is top-notch. The buffet breakfast is delicious, and there are plenty of seating options by the swimming pools and oceanfront.

The plumbing in the hotel can sometimes be prone to easy blockages.

I recently stayed at the Presidente Intercontinental in Cozumel for a week and it was an absolute dream. The room had a breathtaking 360° ocean view of bright turquoise colored water. The decor was stunning, with a walk-in rain shower that added a luxurious touch. The restaurants on the property were not only beautiful, but the food was amazing as well. Although the cabanas over the water were all reserved, the overall experience was fantastic. The location was beautiful, the staff were helpful and attentive, and the snorkeling off the resort's beach was fantastic. This was truly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.

The staff were fabulous, the resort was fabulous, and the food was excellent! The amenities, including the pool, hot tub. Snorkeling was amazing and the overall experience was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond and the location was perfect. Our room was excellent and the check-in experience was extremely helpful and polite!
