The housekeeping service was exceptional, keeping my room clean and stocked with fresh towels and amenities. The snorkeling right off the docks was amazing, with plenty of marine life to discover. The spa treatments were top-notch, providing a truly indulgent experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway.

My daughter has Coeliac’s Disease and we were worried about the food options. But the staff, especially Yasmin and Alejandro, went out of their way to ensure she had a safe and delicious breakfast every day. It was a huge relief and made our stay at Intercontinental Cozumel great. I recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.

The resort is perfectly located, close to all the attractions yet far enough away to experience tranquility. The beach offers great snorkeling opportunities, and the resort has a fantastic dive shop right next to the main restaurant. The rooms are well-appointed with high-quality fittings, and the service is top-notch. The buffet breakfast is delicious, and there are plenty of seating options by the swimming pools and oceanfront.

The plumbing in the hotel can sometimes be prone to easy blockages.

I gotta say, I got real bang for my buck at this hotel! The room was top-notch and the view was absolutely stunning. I recently stayed at the Presidente Intercontinental in Cozumel for a week and it was an absolute dream. The room had a breathtaking 360° ocean view of bright turquoise colored water. The decor was stunning, with a walk-in rain shower that added a luxurious touch. The restaurants on the property were not only beautiful, but the food was amazing as well. Although the cabanas over the water were all reserved, the overall experience was fantastic. The location was beautiful, the staff were helpful and attentive, and the snorkeling off the resort's beach was fantastic. This was truly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at.

The facilities are newly updated with great resources and amenities. The professional and helpful staff are friendly and accommodating. The variety of dining options available offer delicious meals. The pool seating and beach options are comfortable. The Spa provides outstanding massages, pedicures, steam room, sauna, and plunge pools.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel were impressive, and the exclusive facilities were satisfying. the swimming pool was spacious and had plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas, while the sun terrace was a great place to enjoy an in-room breakfast. the spa lounge offered beauty treatments and massages that were extremely relaxing, and the sauna was perfect for unwinding after a long day.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! the Intercontinental really impressed us with its amazing facilities, friendly staff, and delicious food. the reception and pool area were lovely, and the beach on the property was absolutely breathtaking. the hotel was also great for families, with activities for kids and a kids' club available. We especially enjoyed the Easter Egg Hunt and buffet on Easter day.

The staff were fabulous, the resort was fabulous, and the food was excellent! The amenities, including the pool, hot tub. Snorkeling was amazing and the overall experience was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond and the location was perfect. Our room was excellent and the check-in experience was extremely helpful and polite!
