Super cozy rooms with comfy beds and great temperature control. Loved the complimentary coffee and mini fridge. The hot tub was a nice touch too! The food service wasn’t the best, though; our meals were cold and we barely got checked on. The pool could've been a bit warmer for my liking, too.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel that provided enhanced comfort and high-quality services. This place is nestled in a secluded area, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation. The location is also convenient for exploring nearby attractions like the Grand Canyon and Flagstaff.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facility was excellent. The rooms were nice and comfortable, with spacious beds. We also loved the free parking, which was a huge plus. One of the best aspects was the incorporation of native art and culture in the architecture, which added a unique touch to the hotel atmosphere.

There were a few things that could have been improved. the checkout time should be extended to 12 noon, as 11 am felt a bit early.

As a retiree fulfilling my bucket list with a Route 66 trip, I injured my knee and needed assistance. The valets, Jorden and Josh, and Tillman at the front desk provided exceptional service. The room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent spa. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel's proximity to 3 National Monuments was convenient. As a former banker overseeing business development, I can confidently say the service from all departments was 5 stars.

The location of the hotel was convenient, situated just off the highway, making it a great option for a quick overnight stay. Another advantage was the dining options available, with a variety of delicious food choices, including a buffet that had a great selection of tasty dishes.

That the noise from the nearby electrical store room could be bothersome, especially when trying to sleep. the casino in the hotel was on the smaller side, which may be disappointing if you're used to larger casinos with more options and games to choose from.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and luxurious bedding. The amenities were top-notch, including great toiletries, towels, and complimentary bottles of water. I also appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator and a coffee maker in the room.

That the pool and jacuzzi were a bit crowded with families and children during my visit. However, I later found out that the pool is open 24 hours, so visiting at a different time could have solved that issue.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spectacular rooms and a warm and well-decorated bathroom. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the grand casino area and the video roulette. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were extremely nice and professional. The location was perfect, with beautiful sunrises in the morning. It was by far the best casino we have been to.

The spa and wellness centre was a real treat, and we relaxed in the jacuzzi while taking in the live entertainment. The staff from the front desk to housekeepers were friendly and made us feel at home.
