The location of Bentley Hotel South Beach was fantastic, right in the center of South Beach. I loved being able to easily access all the attractions and beaches in the area. The in-room kitchen was a great convenience, providing everything I needed. The staff were always available and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. Complimentary beach chairs and towels were a nice extra touch.

The location of this beach hotel is incredible, being very close to the beach. It's also right across from amazing restaurants and shopping spots. The room was grand, equipped with a kitchen, making it just like home. We were always welcome with a smile by the hotel staff and had complimentary bikes to explore Miami Beach.

It would have been nice if the communication were clear about the hotel's beach partnership policy while ordering food from the beach.

The room was beyond our expectations with a full kitchen, luxurious bedding and an amazing shower. The staff was accommodating when our AC wasn't working properly, they gave us a discount and free drinks. we had a pleasant stay and would return.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and made our stay personalized. The door man, Miguel, was excellent and went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage. The rooftop pool had an amazing view and the balcony in our room overlooked the ocean, which was breathtaking. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore.

There were some hidden fees that we had to pay during check-in that we weren't aware of when we booked our room. Additionally, there was an issue with being charged for items missing from the refrigerator, even though they were never there to begin with. These inconsistencies were disappointing and affected our overall experience.

The beach access was incredibly convenient, allowing me to easily enjoy the sandy shores and crystal-clear waters. I was also pleased with the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as it allowed me to stay connected and plan my activities. I can confidently say that this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Great location on Ocean Drive, within walking distance to all major tourist attractions. Rooftop amenities are top-notch, including comfortable loungers, swimming pool and hot tubs overlooking the beach. Friendly and attentive staff, with 24-hour concierge and security. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and amazing showers. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

This hotel on Ocean Drive offers great value for money. The rooms are a nice size with a balcony and kitchenette, and the view is amazing. Staff provide excellent service and attention to detail, including breakfast included and complimentary cocktails in the evening. The location is perfect, right across from the beach.

We loved the friendly staff, Elvina and Mr. Toledo, who went above and beyond for our special occasion. The location was perfect, right across the road from South Beach and close to many stores and restaurants. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a rooftop swimming pool and a stunning panorama of the city. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a Friday's restaurant nearby.

The location was perfect, right on the ocean road with a park in front. The "Movida" club nearby could be heard but it was still reasonably quiet. The room was more like an apartment with an ocean view, a kitchen, and a lounge. The rooftop terrace with pool and spa offered privacy. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Felt like a true getaway, nothing to complain about.

Really pleasant stay! The complementary breakfast was delicious and made for a great start to the day. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by a ton of amazing restaurants! Also, the view from our room was fantastic, definitely a nice perk to the stay.

That our room smelled a little musty. We got used to it after a while, but it was definitely noticeable when we first checked in. Also, the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. though, it was a really great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun trip to the city!
