The location of Bentley Hotel South Beach was fantastic, right in the center of South Beach. I loved being able to easily access all the attractions and beaches in the area. The in-room kitchen was a great convenience, providing everything I needed. The staff were always available and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. Complimentary beach chairs and towels were a nice extra touch.

Great staff, Miguel, Ricardo, and Jason, made us feel at home. Fantastic location near South Beach. Spacious room had everything we needed. Comfy bed. Delicious food at the restaurant downstairs. Can't wait to go back. Fantastic holiday!

The location of this beach hotel is incredible, being very close to the beach. It's also right across from amazing restaurants and shopping spots. The room was grand, equipped with a kitchen, making it just like home. We were always welcome with a smile by the hotel staff and had complimentary bikes to explore Miami Beach.

It would have been nice if the communication were clear about the hotel's beach partnership policy while ordering food from the beach.

The room was beyond our expectations with a full kitchen, luxurious bedding and an amazing shower. The staff was accommodating when our AC wasn't working properly, they gave us a discount and free drinks. we had a pleasant stay and would return.

We had a last-minute honeymoon stay at Bentley Hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The newly renovated property had a great South Beach vibe and was close to all the action but still peaceful. Our room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and mini bar. The staff, especially concierge Robert, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. it was a great experience.

The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and made our stay personalized. the door man, Miguel, was excellent and went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage. the rooftop pool had an amazing view and the balcony in our room overlooked the ocean, which was breathtaking. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to everything we wanted to explore.

There were some hidden fees that we had to pay during check-in that we weren't aware of when we booked our room. Additionally, there was an issue with being charged for items missing from the refrigerator, even though they were never there to begin with.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel on Ocean Drive, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location couldn't have been better, with the hotel being directly across from the beach. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi not only provided breathtaking views, but also a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I stepped foot in the lobby. The room itself was stunning, with modern retro decor that added a touch of elegance. The amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with garden furniture. I was also pleasantly surprised by the excellent room service and housekeeping.

I recently stayed at the Bentley Hotel and had an amazing experience. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to great bars and restaurants. The rooftop pool was a definite highlight, with a stunning view and a bar to enjoy cocktails. The room itself was absolutely spectacular. It felt like a home away from home, with a comfortable living room, well-equipped kitchen, and a bed that was incredibly cozy. The staff members were also exceptional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. I can confidently say that this will be my go-to hotel anytime I visit Miami.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to all the action yet peaceful, and the staff treated us fabulously.

Rooftop amenities are top-notch, including comfortable loungers, swimming pool and hot tubs overlooking the beach. Friendly and attentive staff, with 24-hour concierge and security. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and amazing showers. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It is right by the beach, with easy access to a wide range of restaurants and bars along Ocean Drive. the proximity to these amenities made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were generally accommodating and provided good service.

There were some aspects of our stay that we were not happy with. the room we stayed in was not up to standard - it was dirty and poorly lit, with holes in the shower and ceilings.

This hotel on Ocean Drive offers great value for money. The rooms are a nice size with a balcony and kitchenette, and the view is amazing. Staff provide excellent service and attention to detail, including breakfast included and complimentary cocktails in the evening. The location is perfect, right across from the beach.
