Great breakfast and spacious rooms. Check-in was really slow.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a beautiful setting across the street from The Islands. The location was perfect, as everything was in walking distance. The staff provided exceptional service, and the rooms were nicely designed with attention to detail. I especially loved the clean and comfortable rooms with a shower & bathtub, perfect for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

No negatives, everything was great.

The hotel is in walking distance to The Islands, which is right across the street. It's also very close to everything in this city. Additionally, it's close to a great grocery store. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff were excellent.

Great location close to attractions, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Despite being a pet-friendly hotel, it was very clean and our room was well-maintained during our stay. I enjoyed my stay.

The Home2 Suites By Hilton in Pigeon Forge impressed me with its spacious rooms and excellent storage options. The room had a comfortable sofa, perfect for my two active children, and the en-suite bathroom with a roll-in shower was a great convenience.

The hotel's location, although convenient for exploring Pigeon Forge, is currently surrounded by construction. This resulted in limited space for my dogs to walk, some noise disturbances, and constant construction worker activity, which affected the air quality and overall experience.

Friendly staff, beautiful views, sanitized food, dog-friendly, clean amenities. Accommodated extra night, comfortable beds, pleasant check-in, spacious room with kitchenette, indoor pool, enjoyable breakfast options.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was absolutely breathtaking, nestled in a beautiful setting and conveniently close to all the events happening in the area. We loved that it was just a short walk to The Islands, where we spent hours enjoying the shops and entertainment. Plus, having a great grocery store nearby made it easy for us to stock up on snacks and drinks.

Families will definitely enjoy their stay at this hotel.

This hotel was perfectly located in a beautiful setting on the edge of town, yet still close to many attractions. It was great value for the money and the service was excellent. We loved the breakfast, which had a great selection to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a great grocery store and in a beautiful setting, with a view of the mountains. The hotel is also right across the street from The Island, and on a hill across the street from both Teaster Ln. The room was spacious and clean, with a kitchenette that included a sink, full-sized fridge, silverware and plenty of cabinets for storage. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful.

It appears that some rooms may have issues with noise, or with doors and blinds not functioning well.

Spacious rooms with great views of the mountains. Indoor and outdoor pools available and pet-friendly environment. Staff was always helpful and friendly. The kitchenette is well-stocked with utensils and the breakfast provided is satisfying. It's a great location close to The Island.

The rooms are spacious and well, equipped with a full, size fridge, dishwasher, and kitchen utensils. the breakfast had a good variety with options like waffles, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, and fruits. the location is convenient, close to the Leconte Center and the Island.

The pillows were too soft and didn't provide enough support. the outdoor pool was disappointing as it was much shallower than expected.

Outstanding Pet-Friendly Amenities. During our stay, we were thrilled with the pet-friendly amenities. Our 4 lb dog felt like a VIP with the thoughtful accommodation for pets! It was as if they rolled out the red carpet just for our furry little friend. The hotel's understanding and care for pets made our stay truly remarkable.

Hidden Pet Fee

We booked a cabin for a week but decided to come down early, so we booked a 3-day stay at Home2 Suites. The hotel staff was wonderful, and the cleaning crew kept everything spotless. We loved our King Suite with its beautiful view of the Island and its lights at night. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the location was perfect for a quick drive to the Island.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Nothing to fault

Our recent stay at Home2 Suites was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious, clean, and well taken care of. We loved the kitchenette, which was a great bonus for storing and reheating food. The location was perfect, close enough to all the action but still in a quiet area. And the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Pigeon Forge.
