The Hacienda & Spa was a delightful retreat for our recent getaway. The beautiful Santa Fe-style architecture and well-maintained public areas created a lovely atmosphere. The service staff were fantastic, always attentive and helpful. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like a complimentary fresh fruit basket and unlimited bottled water. We particularly enjoyed the shuttle bus and old London taxis provided to address the hotel's slightly distant location from the Square. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend The Hacienda & Spa for a perfect Santa Fe experience.

We recently stayed at a charming hotel in a great area close to everything in town. It's a block from the train station and near other unique neighborhoods. Plus, it's just a walk to the plaza for everything. The room and bathroom were very comfortable and everything we expected. The amenities were a plus, with some of the best hotel soap around. The staff was attentive, including turn down service with excellent chocolates.

Some minor annoyances did come up, including an unclear description of breakfast and access card issues that needed fixing at times.

Lovely hotel with fantastic service. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. We enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast with delicious options. The gift shop is amazing with unique local artwork. The hotel also had a great New Year's Eve dinner with live flute music by a talented local musician. The skiing at Santa Fe Ski Basin was breathtaking. I highly recommend the Hacienda & Spa for a wonderful stay.

The staff were kind and helpful, offering a free shuttle service. The rooms were comfortable and the pool clean. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and the restaurant food was delicious. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

Although the place was not perfect, there were a few nice points to my stay over New Year's Eve. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the location was pretty convenient. the area was great for exploring and there was a local shuttle that was available for whenever you wanted. It was also great to have access to a small fitness centre with basic equipment.

The place was not ideal overall. the cleanliness and upkeep also left something to be desired.

The location was amazing, with the Farmer's Market and Art Market right across the street on Saturdays. It was also within walking distance to the Plaza and downtown, making it easy to explore the museums. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing exceptional service. The breakfast and happy hour offerings were outstanding.

I recently stayed at The Hacienda for two nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was cozy, quiet, and spacious for two people. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, always ready to answer any questions. They even arranged for an ambulance when my friend fell ill, going above and beyond to ensure our safety. The hotel's SW style decor and abundant artwork added to its charm. I also loved having a fireplace in my room, perfect for a cozy evening. a five-star hotel experience.

The authenticity and art displayed in the hotel's common areas astounded us. The suite we stayed in was open, spacious, and hard to leave. The butler service available was a plus.

Pros the luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff provided excellent personal service, fulfilling my every need. the spa services were rejuvenating and the body scrub was divine. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing. the restaurant and bar had delicious options for breakfast and evening drinks.

Cons There was a minor issue with the hospitality room placemats curling at the edges, but overall, this did not detract from the hotel experience.
