We got great value for our money at Pueblo Bonito. The room was wonderful, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful ocean view balcony. The location was perfect, with amazing pools and friendly staff.

The breakfast could have been better, it lacked in some areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful and well maintained, with a tropical paradise feel. The pools were amazing, and the staff, especially Rafael Sandoval and Evan, who drove the elite status electric cart, were very nice. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and a short distance to the lobby, deli, Kelly's bar, and the flamingos. The breakfast buffet at La Cordeliere was plentiful, with a great selection. We also enjoyed the delicious snacks, lunches, and dinners at the Bistro. Our room was clean, seemed new, and had a lovely little balcony with a beautiful ocean view. the hotel facilities and staff exceeded our expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful resort! The spacious rooms with ocean views and kitchenettes were perfect for our first all-inclusive experience. The food was delicious, and the service throughout the resort was exceptional. We especially enjoyed our breakfast at the Cordliere restaurant, where Dario and Adrian provided excellent service. The free shuttle to the sister resort downtown was a great bonus!

Jesus Ortez, our driver, was the highlight of the trip. His welcoming smile and positive attitude made every ride enjoyable. The level of care and relaxation at PB Emerald Bay is unmatched. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for exceptional service and a truly unforgettable experience.

We had a great experience during our Christmas vacation. the hotel had a beautiful design with lush tropical grounds, and the pools were lovely. the location was very convenient, with easy access to the beach and various amenities. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who provided us with excellent service throughout our stay.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our overall experience. we were disappointed with the lack of communication and misrepresentation of certain amenities and services.

Got early check-in, which was great. Mexican night buffet for dinner was amazing. Beautiful location right by the water with great views.

The menu was limited, the service by the pool was only available from 11am, and there was no refrigerator in the room. there were only two small drawers for clothes.

The pools are amazing, and there are daily activities to enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable with a beautiful view. The shuttle to the sister resort is convenient, allowing us to experience both the beach and great pools. The Mexican Independence Day Fiesta was a highlight of our stay, with a fantastic buffet and live entertainment. Great value for the money spent.

The resort is located in a tranquil area away from the city center, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities such as horseback riding, snorkeling, and banana boat rides. The spa offers a range of indulgent treatments, and the beach is just a short stroll away. The rooms are well-appointed with kitchenettes and there are options to upgrade to spacious suites. The view from the third-floor rooms facing the sea is breathtaking.

The service staff at some of the restaurants and other areas of the resort could use improvement.
