We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything you would need plus everything you don't need. It was very convenient for exploring this city's historic center and being right next to the park was a bonus. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-stocked kitchen, washing machine, and a handy little store on-site. The staff, especially Alfredo and Patty, were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. The apartment itself was spacious and beautiful, with all the amenities we needed. The kids loved the pool and the 24/7 security made us feel safe.

We loved the central location of the apartment in the historical center. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and perfect for our family with children. The staff were friendly and professional, always there to help. The beds were comfortable, hot water was plentiful, and the Wi-Fi was great. We also appreciated the added security with 24/7 monitoring by security guards. a wonderful property with easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Puerta Alameda Suites offers a convenient downtown location, just a short distance from all the major historical sites and two metro stations. You can easily walk to a grocery store nearby and find everything you need. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of hot water and the Wi-Fi is reliable. The hotel also provides security guards 24/7, ensuring a safe stay.

One small drawback is the occasional noise from the rooftop bar across the street, but if you don't mind using earplugs or noise doesn't bother you, it shouldn't be a major issue.

We absolutely loved our stay at Puerta Alameda Suites! As young holiday goers, we appreciated the modern and clean apartment, which made us feel right at home. The in-unit laundry was a huge plus and saved us from overpacking. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed and even things we didn't. We felt safe with the vigilant door monitoring and police presence. The guided tours offered were a great value, and our guide Sergio was incredible, taking us to memorable places like the pyramids of the sun and moon and Puebla. We found family in Sergio and will reach out to him again in the future.
