I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were modern and comfortable, and the spacious room had everything I needed. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the tourist spots in the Centro historico. The breakfast was superb, with a variety of options including made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sergio who went above and beyond to assist me.

The hotel had a great location, close to main attractions and easily accessible by bus or metro. the rooms were clean and well, maintained, and the staff was helpful and kind. In addition, the breakfast was outstanding. Each morning, there was a variety of hot dishes to choose from, including delicious Mexican options, as well as made, to, order omelettes. the fresh juices and fruits were amazing, and the desserts were tasty too.

One downside was the noise level in the hotel. the walls were quite thin, and I could hear the people in the next room and staff talking and shouting at all hours.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were incredibly impressed with our experience. The location was absolutely perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood in the historical city center. We were able to easily explore all of the famous sights and museums within walking distance, making our visit to this city incredibly convenient.

Great location to explore the historical center with convenient access to public transport. Clean, well-sized and allergy friendly rooms with good showers. Staff are attentive, friendly and attentive to requests. Buffet breakfast is varied, plentiful and accommodating for all diets and the coffee is excellent. Safe and quiet location.

We had a wonderful stay at Punto Mx. the hotel's central location in the heart of the city made it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions such as Zocalo and Templo Mayor. the surrounding area was vibrant with a great selection of restaurants, bakeries, and markets. Our bedroom was always kept impeccably clean by the attentive maid Esther. the memory foam pillows provided added comfort to our stay. the friendly and helpful receptionists made us feel welcome. We also enjoyed the excellent coffee from the coffee shop downstairs. we had a great experience and would love to return.
