The proximity to the airport made our travel plans remarkably convenient, allowing us to maximize our time.

It was frustrating that the buffet items weren't labeled, making it difficult to choose food without generating confusion for the staff.

Friendly staff, comfortable amenities, including a great breakfast buffet with a variety of options like chilaquiles and a cozy bar area to unwind, made our visit enjoyable. plus, it was just a quick 5-minute ride to the airport, enhancing our overall convenience.

But heaven help me, the shower had a personality—alternating between hot and cold like it was auditioning for a soap opera. And why does the coffee taste like disappointment?

Super clean rooms that practically shout 'cozy! ' Minimal street noise for that blissful sleep. Oh, and the free shuttle to the airport, running every 30 minutes is a lifesaver!

But dear me, the front desk drama was like a telenovela—totally booked but somehow still not booked? I'll take a taxi next time, no side jobs, please!

The restaurant staff could improve their service. our waitress was unwelcoming, and we felt neglected after she took the menu. However, the reception team was helpful, and the complimentary shuttle to the airport was a nice touch.

the whole experience was quite underwhelming, i mean who doesn't enjoy being upcharged by the taxi driver, very surreal. also, my free drink was basically a glass of flat coke, thanks for that. i expected a welcome gift for my stay, but apparently, that was too much to ask. almost wrote a great review but just couldn’t.

Conveniently located for airport access free shuttle service and exceptionally comfortable beds were highlights during my stay. The breakfast buffet was delightful with fresh fruit and a made-to-order omelet that was simply delicious.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by disorganization. The wait for drinks was frustrating and communication about the shuttle service was lacking which caused unnecessary stress at an early hour.

The indoor pool was a relaxing retreat after a long day, and the breakfast omelet made fresh by the chef was a delightful start to my day. Close proximity to the airport was a huge plus.

the bar area is cool, with a pool table and other games. no reminders for free breakfast.

The staff's willingness to help, the exceptional cleanliness of rooms, the delicious breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic.

Super convenient and clean!

This hotel is a gem! The food was on point, especially the breakfast – I loved the fresh fruit they offered. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only thing is the beds are pretty firm if you're not into that. Also, make sure you have a ride, as there's not much around to explore.

Loved the pool table and video game station! Enjoyed my stay and felt at home when I forgot my charger, they found it! 😁

Felt relaxed, no reason to complain.
