We absolutely loved staying at this place! It was located perfectly for our extended business in the area, and the service provided was exceptional. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, even offering tour/ticket assistance and dry cleaning/laundry services. Our room was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed, including a terrace and sitting area. It was very quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the dining table and kitchen with all the utensils.

Excellent value, off the beaten path

I had a fantastic 3-night stay with my family of three kids at Crystal Springs Inn And Suites. The 2-room suite was perfect for us, providing ample space and comfort. The facility was fresh and well-cleaned, and we enjoyed the nice view from our room. It was a great value for the price, especially with breakfast included. The well-equipped kitchenette made it easy for us to prepare meals, and the basic gym and BBQ area were nice added amenities. Despite being off the beaten path, the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

I absolutely loved the location of this place! It is conveniently situated between two towns, making it easy to access shopping centers and other amenities. The road leading to the hotel was well-maintained, even during snowy weather, so it was a breeze to find.

The only downside I encountered was that the access to some of the items in the hotel was a bit small and difficult to navigate if there were multiple people present at the same time. However, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. the room was spacious and even had a kitchen, which was a great convenience. the Wi-Fi connection was strong, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the heating in the living area of my suite did not work properly, leaving it quite chilly.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy love seat and a nice desk for work. The hotel was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. We appreciated the mini fridge and Keurig coffee machine in the room, as well as the microwave for snacks. we felt right at home and could have easily stayed longer.

This hotel is in a great location with lots to do within a short drive, including proximity to Tioga Downs. The breakfast area is clean and spacious with a good selection of items. The rooms are nicely equipped with a large TV and comfortable bedding. The bathroom is clean and has plenty of towels.

The cleaning staff could do a better job vacuuming the carpets to keep them crumb-free.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Towanda. The staff was extremely nice, accommodating our last-minute request for a ground floor room so we could easily access our vehicle. The room was very clean and spacious, and we loved the added convenience of having a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, stove, sink, and utensils. The hotel's location was great, being close to the college and in a convenient spot for us to prepare food for a party we were hosting. Additionally, there was a good restaurant nearby that served delicious food.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and had a cozy feel to it. We loved the private deck with its stunning views in the morning. The kitchenette with a big refrigerator, stovetop, and sink was really convenient. this hotel offered great value for money and we would definitely consider returning next year.

Great room size and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable but firm, and the pillows were amazing. The staff members were friendly and helpful, recommending restaurants and promptly addressing any issues. The location was convenient, close to Main Street for shopping and dining. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking a beautiful valley.

The continental breakfast was a disappointment. When I went down at 9 am, most of the food was gone, including the waffle mix and syrup.
