I recently stayed at Real Plaza in San Luis Potosi for 7 days and it was a great experience. The location was good with parking available, which was very convenient for me. The best part was the price, as it was the lowest I found compared to other sites. The staff was amazing, always willing to help and very courteous. The pillows, sheets, and comforter were incredibly soft, making for a comfortable sleep. The hotel also provided a baby crib for my daughter, and she slept better than at home. The breakfast at the hotel was cheap and delicious, especially the fresh-squeezed orange juice. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, comfortable rooms, and affordable price.

Excellent value for the price, with a convenient location and stunning city views from the 10th floor. The room was clean and spacious, featuring a walk-in shower and necessary amenities. The rooftop swimming pool and scaled-down weight room were great additions, and you could even order food and drinks poolside. The hotel also had a restaurant and bar on the second floor. The hotel's location on the main strip made it easy to explore the historic downtown, markets, and restaurants. Plus, the mini marts nearby offered convenience. Despite some outdated aspects, the hotel was a bargain and definitely worth considering for future stays.

The breakfast buffet was delicious and the location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. the staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the comfortable and spacious bed. the hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants and stores. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the hotel's proximity to Av. Carranza is ideal for running or cycling on Sundays when the street is closed.

The bathroom was comfortable, the restaurant served good food, and most employees were kind. The room was large with comfortable beds and excellent housekeeping service. The rooftop terrace had an awesome view, warm pool, and a bar. Breakfast was mostly warm, with a Mexican touch. Recommended. English US. 🌟

I had a great stay at this hotel. It was a fantastic value for the price. the location was convenient, only a ten-minute walk to the centro histórico. the hotel itself was bustling with activity, popular among student groups and Mexican families. I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, and despite not having a view, it was quiet away from street noise. the rooftop pool and bar area created a lively and festive atmosphere. the staff was attentive and the rooftop restaurant seemed popular among guests for breakfast.

I appreciated how the staff made an effort to room all of us together, which made our stay more comfortable. The transportation provided by Carlos was a great addition. Despite some noise from a nearby nightclub and outdated furniture, overall I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Real Plaza.

The room at Real Plaza was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. We were delighted with the large, air-conditioned room, complete with internet access and a large flat-screen TV. The hotel also provided ample hot water and above-average linens and toiletries. The rooftop pool, though small, offered a refreshing experience in the hot afternoon. The hotel's restaurant served good breakfasts and traditional Mexican dishes for lunch. We also appreciated the helpfulness and politeness of the employees, who were knowledgeable about the city and assisted us in locating nearby services. I can confidently recommend Real Plaza for both business and casual travelers.

the room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. the staff provided excellent service, from the housekeeping team who responded promptly to our requests, to the friendly waitress Patricia in the restaurant. the front desk was also efficient and quick. our experience at Real Plaza was fantastic.

The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean rooms and modern amenities. We also appreciated the fact that parking was available, although it was limited. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a newspaper every day and ensuring that we had a pleasant experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered at the hotel was affordable and delicious.
