The food was delicious and the staff provided exceptional service. The location is fantastic and there are plenty of activities to do even when it's raining. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

The facility was very nice and had a beach and pool for guests to enjoy. The buffet lunch and free drinks were a great bonus. The beach had soft sand and there were lounge chairs available for relaxation.

The service was poor and it seemed like most employees didn't care. The bar tenders outside didn't know what they were doing and had to stand in line for poorly made drinks.

During my recent stay at Reef Yucatan All Inclusive & Convention Center, I had the most amazing time. The facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful pool area and a stunning beach. The room I stayed in was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was extremely nice and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was memorable.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks, such as intermittent Wi-Fi and occasional temperature issues with the food, these did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience I had. The positives far outweighed the negatives.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Arturo and Efren who made our stay even better. The location was comfortable, with a beautiful beach area and relaxing pool. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a comfy bed and efficient air conditioner. The hotel facilities were great, with bridges over the pools and chairs on the beach. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided.

Nothing not to love.

I recently stayed at a resort in the Yucatan Peninsula and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptional, always attentive and lovely. The food was consistently excellent, with delicious surprises at every dinner. The resort has a great location, perfect for enjoying the sun, sand, and surf. Despite being basic, the accommodations were spacious and clean. Although the hotel was empty during my visit, I'm confident that the staff's exceptional service extends to busier times as well. I plan on returning and would recommend this hotel to others.

Arriving at this hotel, we were amazed by the beautiful location with easy beach access and a stunning outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by well-cared for gardens. The staff demonstrated exceptional service and attention to detail, even providing luxurious full body massages on the comfortable sun loungers of the solarium. The exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations and the dinner options were diverse and delicious.

The only minor downside we experienced during our stay was the nightclub that was situated close to the room. Although it didn't disturb us greatly, some guests might find it slightly noisy, so a room further from the entertainment area could be a better choice.
