There was nothing I didn't like.

We felt like royalty in the newly refurbished presidential suite on the 14th floor. The view was spectacular, and the room was both comfortable and regal. The hotel had high-end facilities and stylish, clean decor. The reception staff were kind, welcoming, and professional. We enjoyed the great gym and delicious breakfast. We were even offered a room upgrade for free. Definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at.

Our spacious and modern room had a great view from the upper floor. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, helping us to navigate the parking and giving great recommendations for local restaurants. Overall I was impressed with my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others.

Very centrally located with spacious and modern rooms, fantastic rain shower, and a great variety of over 200 TV channels with super fast internet. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide range of local dishes. a great value for the price.

We were blown away by the luxurious amenities offered at this hotel. Our room was equipped with a private spa centre, complete with a sauna, steam room, and full body massage room. the hotel has a beautiful sun terrace that offers stunning views of the city. the restaurant and bar were also top-notch, with special diet menus available upon request.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly. the staff offered to bring us a fan, but it would have been nice to have the air conditioning fixed sooner.

The breakfast offered a variety of options which was impressive. the view from the hotel was also amazing - it was great to wake up to a beautiful view every morning. the hotel parking was a key benefit as it was secure and safe.

The rooms were not clean - the floors were dusty and not vacuumed, and the bathroom had stains on the doors. the lighting in the night was very dark, making it hard to see anything.
