We had an amazing stay at Pinnacle Resorts 180! The views from our private balcony were breathtaking, and the spaciousness of the room exceeded our expectations. The king-size beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, within walking distance of downtown attractions. Despite some city noise, it wasn't excessive. The pricing was reasonable, and the inclusion of breakfast was a bonus. we highly recommend Pinnacle Resorts 180 for a fantastic stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The apartment had all the amenities we needed for our group of friends, including spacious beds, a washing machine and dryer, multiple air conditioners, a complete kitchen, a big balcony with a grill.

Felt very secure, and the staff was always willing to help with anything we needed.

The location of this place is mind-blowing, right in the heart of the town, close to everything! The staff is super friendly and attentive, and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a jaw-dropping experience. The rooms are incredibly clean and complete with all the amenities you need, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and dryer. The on-site facilities, like the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool, are top-notch. Plus, they offer leisure activities like hiking, cycling, and snorkeling, ensuring you'll never be bored. And to top it all off, they even have a poolside snack bar where you can grab a refreshing drink. Whether you love adventure or just want to relax, this place has it all!

They went above and beyond to make my experience enjoyable. the rooms were expertly cleaned by friendly housekeepers, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. One of the highlights was the amazing view from the property. It was truly a memorable trip, and I can't wait to come back again!

We had a great time at this amazing resort. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the property itself was beautiful. Our room was expertly cleaned by the nicest housekeepers, and the pool was a nice touch. Though it wasn't heated, it would have been even more appealing if it was for this time of year.

We had a major issue with our room.

the overall design of the unit and the view were great. the workout room looked well equipped, and the location was excellent. It was very convenient, close to everything you would want including the beach and bars. the unit itself felt like home, equipped with everything we needed and it was clean. the condo had a nice patio with an outdoor kitchen, and we enjoyed the added bonus of a laundry washer/dryer and full kitchen. the restaurants were within walking distance, creating a very romantic setting.

Exceptional staff, attentive and pleasant. Spacious, comfortable, and clean suites. Beds like sleeping on a cloud. Ideal pool location, perfect for swimming and relaxing. Magnificent view and relaxing jacuzzi. Housekeeper keeps room brand new. Convenient location and well-equipped workout room.

I recently stayed at a stunning resort for 8 days and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and went out of their way to accommodate me. The one-bedroom suite I stayed in had breathtaking views of the ocean and was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the air conditioning kept me cool in the hot afternoons. I loved having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the suite, which made my stay even more convenient. The highlight of the room was the spacious balcony with multiple sitting areas, where I enjoyed the cool breeze and the breathtaking sunsets. The resort itself was clean, well-staffed, and felt safe. The swimming pool was great for a refreshing dip, and the onsite gym was an added bonus. I also appreciated the 24-hour desk service, as it made it easy to get assistance whenever I needed it. The location of the resort was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and close to all the vibrant nightlife in the Zona Romantica area. Despite the ongoing construction in the area, I didn't find it to be a major disturbance. I had an amazing experience at this resort and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views.

The value for money was excellent and the room was clean, spacious, and had a fantastic view with open balcony doors. The location was convenient and the staff, especially our housekeeper Blanca, were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast option could be improved with more variety.
