I truly got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was fantastic, clean, and had an amazing view from the balcony. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and offering plenty of activities. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure I had a great experience throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have been better was the breakfast option.

The spa was incredible, magical and highly recommended. The charming village of Valle de Bravo was a highlight with its churches and sunset views. Dinner at the hotel was a must-try and offered amazing food. The forest suite was lovely with a tub and fireplace.

The restaurant had several setbacks during the new year's festivities. There were long waiting times for food, drinks, and checks regardless of the size of the lunch/dinner parties, and the options were limited.

Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the slow internet speed, which slightly hampered our online activities. Nonetheless, this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall luxury and comfort offered by this hotel.
