The atmosphere was nice, and the French restaurant was amazing. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Swimout Tropical View King was clean and a good size, with a comfortable bed. Staff like Mar and Edwin made my experience truly enjoyable, always welcoming and attentive. Rosewater restaurant provided excellent meals.

Despite some check-in delays, delicious meals at Rosewater and friendly staff made our stay memorable. The quiet atmosphere was a welcome retreat after visiting the lively Breathless. 🌺😊

i almost woudl ve been happy with my stay, but the buffet was not good, and service at the bar was laughably slow. the least they could have done was offer me a complimentary treat for my troubles, but i guess they reserve that for their more, um, 'special' guests. just quite disappointing overall.

The staff was incredible, especially Mar and Edwin. Our swim-out suite had direct access to the pool, making our days relaxing and enjoyable. Each meal at Rosewater was delicious, combining flavors beautifully.

Despite the stunning views, some amenities felt limited. At times, the service was slow, particularly during busy hours at dining venues, which detracted from the otherwise wonderful experience.

Spent five nights soaking in the vibrant atmosphere, especially enjoying the diverse dining options. The outdoor bar by the pool was a fabulous spot for relaxing. Try to upgrade your package for more exclusive areas, and look out for the amazing evening entertainment. it truly enhances the stay.

I had the most amazing time at Secrets Riviera Cancun! The Preferred Club Master Suite Swimout Ocean Front King was absolutely stunning, and having direct access to the pool was a game-changer. The staff, especially Mar and Edwin, went above and beyond, always ready with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. The Rosewater restaurant served some of the best meals I’ve ever had – truly unforgettable!

the staff was incredibly friendly and the entertainment team kept things lively. we loved the spa services, especially the massages and body scrubs! the food was consistently great, particularly at the seafood restaurant.
