The staff were amazing and very friendly!

We had a frustrating experience with the room key cards, which stopped working three times during our stay—just annoying to constantly trek back to the front desk. The noise levels from the neighboring room were unbearable. they were loud and disruptive, waking my family multiple times after 1 AM. It really ruined the peaceful atmosphere we hoped for while being at such a lovely place.

The hotel's location made it incredibly easy to access all of the attractions at Clifton Hill and take a short walk to the falls.

Unfortunately, the shower water pressure was very poor, making it difficult to enjoy a comfortable shower experience.

absolutley a disaster! shower curtain clung to me like a bad date, and towels were as rare as good service. i was expecting a room upgrade due to the inconvenience, but i guess that was just wishful thinking. howard johnson, i woudl ve been happy to leave a good review, but i just couldn't.

Consider requesting extra towels upon arrival, as they can be limited. it improves your stay significantly.

Great to see the fireworks from our balcony. they lit up the Falls perfectly. The location is super convenient for walking to Clifton Hill.

My wife says that the parking situation was challenging. It would be great if they had more spaces available for families with kids.

Loved grabbing quick bites at the Pizza Hut in the lobby. The room was comfy enough, but the smell in some corners was a bit off. Pool was fun when it wasn’t packed, but getting some towels took a while. We had fun overall!

our stay at howard johnson was fantastic! the location is ideal, just a short walk to clifton hill attractions, skylon tower, and horseshoe falls. the hotel has awesome facilities like an indoor and outdoor pool. A jacuzzi and dry sauna. we also appreciated the spacious rooms. it's nice that they even have a hot tub.

This place suits me perfectly and provides everything I need, free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, and a nice indoor pool. The staff were incredibly helpful to my elderly parents during my first stay. I recommend enjoying the welcome drink. I'm coming back for a romantic escape.
