The best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff was absolutely AWESOME! Especially the housekeeping staff. When we called for extra towels, coffee, blankets, and toiletries, they were always prompt and friendly. The valet service was super! Loved the location of the Kalia Tower, not far from the beach and lagoon, with easy access in and out. Having the many different stores on the hotel location was also very nice and convenient. Even the security officers working traffic were great, allowing for easy and safe movement. We will definitely stay at this Hilton when we return next year.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious beachfront hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach and part of a larger resort. The service was top-notch, from the helpful front desk staff to the prompt room service and housekeeping. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a kitchenette and sitting area in our spacious room. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We had an awesome time here, this place had everything we needed for an amazing stay! The view from our 1 br suite was breathtaking, with all the amenities we could ask for. The fitness facility looked nice, but we didn't have time to use it. The staff was incredible when my husband had a medical emergency and even provided taxi vouchers for our family.

The room was clean and spacious. Excellent village with lots to offer. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Great beach atmosphere and safe location. Bonus free laundry facilities. The Hilton Hawaiian Village exceeded our expectations in every way. The apartments were spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, and the staff were helpful and responsive. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views and easy access to the beach. We also enjoyed the pool with its slide and the lagoon, which our children loved. The fireworks, as well as activities like kayaking, added to our wonderful experience. We are already planning our return trip!

We got great value for our money with a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom room that comfortably fit our family of six. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to both Ala Moana and Waikiki, and the beach at the Hilton Hawaiian Village was a major highlight. The staff went above and beyond when my husband had a medical emergency, providing us with the support we needed and even giving us taxi vouchers to visit him in the hospital. Terry, the Supervisor of Security, was especially helpful. Plus, the views from the higher floors with ocean views were stunning.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better would be more variety on the menu.

We loved the fantastic pools and slides, perfect for children. The hotel offered great classes like Hula and had a lagoon for snorkelling practice. The location was convenient, close to shopping and right next to the beach. The staff, excluding the time share side, were lovely and gave us great recommendations for restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hawaii. The location was perfect, with a stunning sandy beach just steps away. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, offering a breathtaking view of the surroundings. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were delicious. The hotel also had a wide range of facilities, including pools, hot tubs, and a luau. I loved the convenience of being close to shops, restaurants, and the marina's lagoon. It was a truly memorable vacation.

The queues for towels and lounge chairs were excessive and could have been better managed.
