We booked this place for our last day in Mexico as it was conveniently located near a mall and the ADO bus station. The apartment was fully equipped for cooking and the staff was very accommodating, providing extra keys and towels upon request. The architecture of the hotel was beautiful, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The personalized service from the staff, including Manuel, Salma, Jennifer, and the driver Raphael, was top-notch. The hotel is also situated close to many restaurants and tour pick-up points.

The apartment looked exactly like the photos, spacious and clean. The pool area was well-maintained and had comfortable loungers. The staff was amazing, friendly, and always helpful. The blackout curtains were a great addition, ensuring a good night's sleep. There were convenient amenities nearby such as a supermarket and pharmacy. The location was perfect, with restaurants and a large shopping center only a short walk away. Plus, it was easy to travel around the city using Uber.

The water pressure in the shower could be improved, especially the hot water. For those staying on the top floor, be prepared for a set of stairs.
