We had an amazing stay at Sofitel! The room was much larger than we expected and the internet was impressively fast. The desk area was perfect for getting work done, and the room service and in-room dining options were fantastic. The laundry service was quick and efficient, and the built-in audio speaker in the room was a great touch. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The bathroom was well-stocked and spacious, and the mini-bar had a great selection. The hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and provided great recommendations for exploring the city. We will definitely be returning to Sofitel in the future.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to meet our needs. The rooftop bar and restaurant on the 12th floor offered delicious food and stunning views of the city. The breakfast in bed was a wonderful treat, and the overall luxurious atmosphere of the hotel made us feel like we were staying in a high-end condo.

That the fitness center could have been a bit bigger, and the changing rooms lacked a designated area to change near the lockers. It was also a bit difficult to find someone to get a locker key from, as there was no attendant around and no clear instructions on how to reach them.

My room on the 37th floor had a breathtaking view of the city. The amenities were abundant and functional. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was impressive. Despite some minor issues, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provided me with a luxurious experience, fulfilling all my exclusive amenities needs. The Spa & Wellness Centre, Indoor Swimming Pool, and Sauna were all great amenities. The Massage and Full Body Treatment were both amazing. The Hotel was very responsive to my needs. The Buffet Breakfast was quite impressive. The Hotel was in a great location, providing me with easy access to all I needed.

If I had to nitpick one minor issue, it was the fact that the Foot Massage was not as spectacular as I had hoped. this Hotel was remarkable, providing me with an exceptional experience.

The room was very comfortable and spacious with quality amenities and linens, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Room service was excellent, with the food arriving hot and service quick and efficient. the gym was nicely equipped and the indoor pool seemed inviting, even though I didn't use it.

The elevator area on the ground floor was not up to standard and felt inadequate, which detracted from the overall 5-star experience. the location of the TV in relation to the bed was a bit odd.
