loved the new look of the room, especially the wood-looking floors and updated bathroom. staff, especially Jacob, were very kind. free parking and an early, delicious breakfast. even though I stayed here before and it looked old, this time it was a refreshing change and exceeded my expectations.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond by mailing my lost retainer back to me. The renovated rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a fresh feel. The breakfast was excellent, providing a delicious start to the day.

Hard to think of anything negative. Little things like finding a hair in the bed were quickly resolved, showing the staff's dedication to accommodating guests.

The staff, both morning and night shifts, were friendly and professional. The housekeeping staff was also friendly. The kitchen facilities offered a good variety of breakfast foods. The spa was nice. We were upgraded to a king spa room. Would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Rose & Crown Hotel in Pasadena for a couple of nights. The room was fantastic with a modern bathroom, plenty of space, a large flat-screen TV, and comfortable amenities like a fridge and microwave. I was impressed by how clean everything was, and I loved the fact that they had USB ports readily available for charging my phone and tablet. The location was great too, with easy access to nearby dining options and the freeway. The warm breakfast and variety of cold cereal and yogurt choices were a nice touch. I will definitely plan on staying there again in the future.
