Great beach access and nice pool, but poor Wi-Fi connection.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and friendly staff provided a welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with balconies offering lovely views. a lack of proper ocean view rooms was disappointing, especially given the additional charges. The carpet needed a deep clean, and missing amenities like microwaves were felt. The mattress wasn’t up to par, leaving us with sore backs. I hope the management shows more care for customer satisfaction moving forward; it would make a significant difference.

I appreciated the availability of tea and coffee facilities, perfect for a relaxing cuppa in the morning. One area that could use some improvement is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. I found the noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway to be a bit disruptive at times, impacting my overall relaxation. the carpeted floors could benefit from a thorough cleaning, as they appeared a bit worn and in need of refreshment. the housekeeping service was efficient and kept the room tidy during my stay. I also appreciated the flat-screen TV for some entertainment in the evenings. The presence of free toiletries was a nice touch, although I did miss having a mini-bar for some extra convenience. While the property did not offer a dedicated seating area or terrace in the room, I found the garden furniture outside to be a pleasant spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The availability of laundry facilities was convenient, although I did notice that the washing machine and dryer seemed a bit outdated and could use some maintenance. my experience at Ocean Sands Beach Inn was pleasant, with some minor areas that could be improved for a more comfortable stay. The addition of soundproofing and updated carpeting would and elevate the comfort of the accommodations.

super clean, right by the beach. heated pool and a spa tub were nice. got coffee and snacks all day, which is perfect for kids. staff was super helpful, especially Mary who switched our room when we had issues. nice sunset views from the balcony too. such a chill place to relax.

The hotel is fantastic for anyone who loves exploring, as it's just across the street from the beach with private access, making it incredibly easy to spend sunny days on the sand, while also being only about a 10-minute drive from the historic downtown area, where you can visit landmarks like the Castillo de San Marcos and enjoy charming shops and restaurants, plus the rooms were spacious and comfy with great amenities like a fridge and Keurig coffee maker; however, the breakfast could use a bit more variety for those on special diets.

My squad and I had a blast at Vilano Beach Pier and St Augustine Lighthouse! The hotel staff was mad cool, always hooking us up. The beach was lit, so close we practically lived there. Shoutout to the dog-friendly vibe, that's real love right there!

If there was a sick beach bonfire with music at night, it would've been next level! .
