The service at St Regis was exceptional, from the moment we checked in until we checked out. They made us feel like royalty and attended to every need with utmost care and attention to detail. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore all the attractions in the city easily. The views from our room were breathtaking, especially from the terrace. it was a wonderful stay.

Ik had een fantastisch verblijf in deze accommodatie. De locatie was uitstekend, met veel bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Het hotel was zeer schoon en goed onderhouden. Ook was er voldoende parkeergelegenheid beschikbaar, wat erg handig was. Daarnaast bood het hotel een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet aan met veel keuzemogelijkheden. Het personeel was uiterst behulpzaam en vriendelijk, waardoor ik me erg welkom voelde.

Ik heb helemaal geen problemen gehad. Ik kan werkelijk niets negatiefs bedenken over dit hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was professional and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The location was perfect, as it was in an area where all the nicer hotels are located. Transportation was convenient, as the bus stop was just around the corner, providing easy access to different neighborhoods like Polanco. Additionally, the hotel offered parking for guests, which was convenient. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of options to choose from. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Our recent city trip was made perfect by the excellent hotel service and facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by the butler service, which provided us with a fresh pot of coffee every morning at 7 am. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the surroundings and walk to nearby attractions. The breakfast service was delicious and included some unique, local options that we enjoyed.

Although our stay was pleasant overall, we did notice that some areas of our room, such as the carpets and sofas, could use some refurbishing. we found the lobby to be small and lacking in seating options.

We had the most incredible experience at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, right by the Diana statue and traffic circle. The bar with the balcony overlooking the city was a highlight, making us feel like we were truly part of the vibrant atmosphere. Being able to easily Uber to any neighborhood or take a leisurely stroll to Chapultepec Park, the Anthropology Museum, or Polanco area was so convenient. And having the lively nightlife of Zona Rosa within walking distance was a bonus. The accessible luxury of this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

The St Regis in CDMX was a great value for the money. The room was comfortable and the facilities were fantastic, especially the two small hottubs by the pool with amazing views. The hotel's location was outstanding, right in the middle of the best neighborhoods. The staff was absolutely wonderful, going out of their way to make us feel at home.

The breakfast menu could be improved, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

Located in the upscale neighborhood of Polanco, this hotel provides a wonderful place to walk and explore the surrounding area. Situated on a wide avenue, guests can enjoy the bustling city views from their rooms. The spacious and clean rooms offer a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The attentive and friendly staff, such as Jesus and Jorge, go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The delicious food served at the restaurants and the availability of a butler service add further convenience and luxury to the experience.

Some guests experienced difficulties reaching the staff through the Butler and concierge services.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance to key attractions like Chapultepec Castle and the National Museum of Anthropology. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
