Breakfast every morning was fresh and fulfilling! Loved the location, close to the ferry and many attractions.

The rooms feel a bit dated and the bathroom really needs an update, causing some disappointment.

The suite had a terrible chemical smell!!! The pool was a complete mess with plastic cups floating everywhere and used towels scattered about!!! The area surrounding the hotel felt unsafe, particularly at night!!!

the front desk staff could definitely use customer service training, as they acted like I was bothering them during check-in. also, I paid a ridiculous $130 for laundry that was basically a half load. I expected special treatment for the inconvenience, but alas, just a mediocre stay instead. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
