Deluxe Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, insufficient balcony privacy, dangerously hot shower water

The balcony sadly overlooked the reception area, which killed any chance of enjoying an outside view!!! The shower was scalding hot, making it a dangerous ordeal. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often neglecting to replenish supplies!!! A manager should be available to assist dissatisfied guests!!! ,

From the moment we arrived, staff was welcoming, I mean they greeted us with a drink, who does that? Breakfast every morning was super nice, I kind of loved the attention they gave us, they remembered how I like my coffee and it was great to start my day like that.

It wasn’t cheap but honestly for what you get, I’d say it’s worth it.

i recently stayed at this boutique hotel during my visit to mexico city, and it truly exceeded my expectations. the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, making my walks around polanco even more enjoyable. i appreciated how the staff remembered my preferences, especially during breakfast.

the room woudl ve been lovely if it didn't overlook the reception and sound like a toilet constantly flushing. i wasn’t even offered any upgrade after this utter disaster, just rude treatment. breakfast? don’t even get me started. not even a decent selection! almost woudl have given a good review, but i just couldn’t.

quiet street yet close to fantastic dining options in Polanco. The staff, especially Victor, go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. I especially loved the complimentary traditional snacks. The only drawback was a slight noise issue from the street on occasions.
