the friendly staff always looked after us. I felt cared for by Louis, Isaac, and Germaine. the suite was clean with amazing views. breakfast at the beachside restaurant was great.

The noise pollution from street and activities is unbearable!!! The kids' playground closure is disappointing, and a few amenities lack maintenance!!! Consider better soundproofing!!!

We celebrated a milestone here and the cake in our room was to die for, with 'Happy 50th Anniversary' written on it. Also, the spa experience was unforgettable. my friend and I both indulged, her massage was incredible, and my pedicure was done by a real professional, felt like royalty.

It wasn’t cheap, but the experience was still acceptable.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay. The location made it easy to explore nearby spots and enjoy beachfront access. I enjoyed the good food at the beachside restaurant. One evening, I was impressed by the sunset views from my balcony while soaking in the atmosphere and relaxing by the pool. I appreciated the friendly staff who made my time here enjoyable. Visiting soon after my recent travels, as a single traveler, I felt comfortable and welcomed.

The Junior Suite Ocean View had a great view, and the room felt spacious. However, there was quite a bit of noise at night that made sleeping tricky. Had some ants in the unit too, which was a bummer. The bathroom and kitchen were cleaned daily, but those little critters stuck around. Also, wish there were more entertaining activities around—it was pretty quiet. But the food at the restaurant was really good! Overall, not a bad stay, but just some tweaks needed.

the facility was great, especially the deluxe room with a beautiful view. check-in was smooth, and the staff, especially Valeria, were very helpful. the location is close to the inca building, making it easy to explore. we enjoyed breakfast with gorgeous ocean views and the pools were lovely too.
