We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The tranquil jungle setting, friendly staff, and beautiful decor made it a truly magical experience. The rooms were outstanding, with a plunge pool, outdoor bathtub, and hammock area. The pool area and restaurant were stunning, and the food, especially the chilaquiles, was outstanding. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and the convenience of having two showers. The hotel's customer service was exceptional, promptly addressing and fixing any issues that arose.

Una Vida had the perfect location to fully experience Tulum. Everything was within walking distance or a bike ride away. Diego provided excellent recommendations and the 24-hour pool access was a plus. The complimentary bikes were used often and the Una Vida products in the room were a nice touch. The hotel's setup as a small apartment complex allowed for socializing with other guests and the presence of Lola and Adela made it feel like home.

Una Vida exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, the staff and management were friendly and helpful. The hotel grounds have a cool modern boho vibe, making you feel like you're in a tropical jungle. The bathroom with its outdoor shower and tub was incredible, and the eco-friendly soaps were a nice touch. The meals were delicious, especially the pasta. I also appreciated the free water, coffee, and bikes available at all times. I'm extremely happy with my stay at Una Vida.

There was nothing I didn't like.

This hotel offers a luxurious and exclusive experience with its outstanding service. The Spa & wellness centre is impressive and offers various massage treatments such as full-body, foot and back massage. The outdoor swimming pool has a sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, and the garden area comes with an aqua park. The restaurant offers delicious dinner, poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area with an outdoor dining area. The private facilities are exclusive, and the location advantages are unbeatable.

The only minor issue was the occasional noise from the construction next to the hotel, but it didn't detract from the overall experience of staying at this venue.

My husband and I stayed at Una Vida for our honeymoon. We made the right decision to stay in the town instead of the beach. The hotel has a beautiful path leading to its sister hotel, Bardo. The staff, especially John and Dani, were amazing. They gave great recommendations and arranged everything for us, making our stay unforgettable. The food was delicious, the pool was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel also offered complementary bicycles and yoga lessons.

We loved staying at this place. The location was perfect for us as it was in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful nature. The service team was excellent and provided room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and grocery shopping services. We were even given a welcome drink upon checking, and the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and tickets. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a refrigerator.

We highly recommend this hotel to families as well.

Nothing not too like.

The complementary champagne and New Year's party hats were a nice touch, and the fireworks show from the nearby beach was amazing. The hotel's location near the jungle and a quiet street made it feel like a hidden oasis. Plus, the pool was perfect for lounging on sunny afternoons.

The room was freezing cold at night and the heat was locked. The lack of proper heating made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially since the room was so small.

The rooms were spacious, clean and came with nice bathtub salts. The lounge area had huge doors opening to a beautiful back deck with chairs and a hammock. The staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Bikes were free to explore the city. The perfect hideaway!
