We had a wonderful stay at this place. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. The view from our room was exceptional, and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace with the comfortable garden furniture. The staff were friendly and professional, and even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. we were extremely impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

Although this place had a lot of positive aspects, there were a few areas that could be improved. However, despite this, we would still recommend this hotel to our family and friends because of its luxurious accommodations and excellent location.

The overall experience was enhanced by the attentive staff, from the friendly receptionists to the helpful head waiter who ensured my dining experience was enjoyable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Sandbanks and had a fantastic experience! The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to assist me. The room was spacious and modern, with a lovely view of the harbor. The breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. I also enjoyed the stunning view of the sunset while having a tasty dinner on the terrace. The location was convenient for a visit to Brownsea Island and the nearby Italian and Chinese restaurants were a unique touch.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge at times.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with a fabulous view overlooking the harbour and Poole bay. The sea view rooms are spacious, clean, and offer a lovely view. The bathrooms are well-equipped, and some rooms even have a small refrigerator. The staff at reception and housekeeping are friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay. the hotel has ample parking, a lift to all floors, and a comfortable terrace with heaters under parasols.

Service in the restaurant can be a bit slow at times.

I had the best room with a double width balcony and stunning views. Waking up early to watch the day break was absolutely worth it. The staff made my stay luxurious with their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. The food in the restaurant was very good, and the guy overseeing the restaurant stood out with his exceptional service. The breakfast had a good range of choices and the staff were attentive and efficient. The views from the terrace were amazing.

Almost perfect, but the hotel's decor is fairly bland and in need of refreshing.
