We had a wonderful stay at this place. The room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and air conditioning. The view from our room was exceptional, and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace with the comfortable garden furniture. The staff were friendly and professional, and even gave us a welcome drink upon arrival. we were extremely impressed with the quality and comfort of this hotel.

Although this place had a lot of positive aspects, there were a few areas that could be improved. However, despite this, we would still recommend this hotel to our family and friends because of its luxurious accommodations and excellent location.

parking confusion

The food at both dinner and breakfast was absolutely delicious, with beautifully executed cuisine that exceeded my expectations. the rooms were impeccably clean and I never felt rushed or hurried during my time at the hotel.

There were a few areas that needed attention, such as frayed carpets in the communal areas and some parts that were well worn. This was a bit disappointing as it didn't quite match up to the overall professional and friendly ambiance of the hotel.

The Bistro menu for dinner was delicious, and the staff were professional and helpful. our experience as guests with disabilities was excellent.

The location was convenient for a visit to Brownsea Island and the nearby Italian and Chinese restaurants were a unique touch.
