The amenities in the room were fantastic, including a powerful shower, a socket adapter, and blackout curtains. The beds were also very comfortable. the staff were excellent and provided a free travel card for trams/buses, which was very convenient.

The price of the food at the hotel was quite high, but this is typical for Switzerland as a whole, so it can't really be blamed on the hotel. there were some issues with the reception service, as the staff seemed unorganized and unhelpful.

As a business traveler, I stayed at Pullman for a few nights and was impressed by the lovely big room with all necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the hotel was clean and well-organized. The location was great, with supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants nearby. I appreciated the secure parking and free tram pass. I had a relaxing stay and will definitely return.

The front desk staff, especially Claude and Lucy, were extremely helpful and made our check-in process smooth. They even provided us with valuable advice on where to find SIM cards. Nuno, the problem solver, went above and beyond to assist us with our phone converter and even helped us locate our boat docking. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, definitely worth the extra cost. The room was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a pleasant stay. The hotel's location near the Rhine River and tram stop made it convenient for exploring the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Basel.

I had a great stay at a well designed and well equipped hotel. The rooms were quiet and the air conditioner worked perfectly. The staff were polite and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located near the congress center. The hotel also had a beautiful garden and a clean fitness area. Additionally, there was a tram station right beside the hotel, making it easy to get around the city.

They went out of their way to assist me during my business trip. the breakfast selection was great with a wide variety of choices available. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided a free public transport pass, making it easy to explore the city. the hotel’s central location was a major advantage, allowing me to easily access key locations in the city.

One of the downsides of my stay was the lack of control over the room temperature. the air conditioning system seemed to only record the actual temperature and there was no way to adjust it.
