The location was good, clean rooms, comfortable beds, responsive and accommodating host, nice terrace with fireplace and BBQ, kind and helpful property owner.

This hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, yet it is still close to the center, making it convenient for us to explore the area. The room service and housekeeping were exceptional, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the added convenience of the grocery shopping service, laundry facilities, and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely terrace or patio to relax on. The rooms were soundproofed, providing a peaceful atmosphere, and the garden furniture added a touch of elegance. The toiletries provided were of high quality, and having a washing machine and dryer in the room was a bonus.

We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The location was convenient for our activities; however, it may be a bit far for some people. the rooms were immaculate, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. There was also a nice terrace with a BBQ and fireplace that we enjoyed.

There was not an elevator to access upper floors, which may be difficult for people with disabilities. Otherwise, there were no other negatives to report.

We had an amazing stay at a well-located apartment in Ixmiquilpan. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the place was top-notch. The host was not only easy to communicate with, but also very accommodating. The highlight of our stay was when the property owner went above and beyond to help us find a nearby restaurant and even helped us order our food. We were grateful for his friendly and helpful nature. The location was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance of most services and a short drive away from Tolantongo grutas. We even got a recommendation for a delicious restaurant just two blocks away. Although there was no elevator access to upper floors, it didn't bother us as we were able-bodied. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Ixmiquilpan.

You can easily explore the city without being disturbed by noise. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
