The staff at Hotel Chadstone - Mgallery By Sofitel were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made us feel right at home and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable, creating a relaxing environment. The hotel's facilities, including the day spa and rooftop bar, were top-notch and added to the overall luxurious experience. Room service was prompt and the selection of dishes was decent. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the shopping center was a convenient bonus.

Had a wonderful Christmas experience, amazing festive vibes! The decoration was beautiful and the staff was very warm and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We were given complimentary breakfast and Christmas cookies, which was a lovely gesture. The location was perfect, close to all the shops and restaurants. The room was well equipped and the chromecast feature was fantastic, especially for streaming Christmas movies. Loved the attention to detail!

I must say that the room was a bit cramped, with not enough space to move around freely. The wardrobe and bed placement was a bit odd, which took up a lot of space.

We had an exquisite stay at this hotel. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch, providing luxurious beauty treatments in the stunning treatment rooms. The rooftop pool offered breathtaking views of the city and was surrounded by comfortable sun loungers. The heated swimming pool was perfect for unwinding and the service from the staff was prompt and personal.

The only minor issue we had was with the room service menu, which had limited options for special diet menus. However, the in-room breakfast was exceptional with a wide range of pastries and fresh juice to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Chadstone shopping centre, making it a great spot for shopping enthusiasts. Guests can enjoy easy access to a variety of facilities and dining options during their stay. The rooms are spacious and stylish, with comfortable beds and beautiful views. The bathroom facilities, including the sensor light for nighttime and the strong water from the shower head, are impressive. Additionally, the hotel offers a pool on the top floor with a stunning view, perfect for watching the sunset.

One aspect that could be improved is the overall finish of the rooms. Some guests have mentioned that the paint in the bathroom wasn't completed properly and sections of the wall were coming off.
