The hotel is conveniently located next to a fire department and close to a tequila factory, offering an interesting neighborhood to explore. There are also several restaurants and grocery stores nearby, making it easy to find dining options and supplies. Additionally, the hotel is close enough to the center to enjoy the buzz of the city.

The hot water in the shower and sink may have a strange smell and there were reports of it not working properly during some stays.

The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable, with fresh linens and thick towels provided. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, including a private enclosed area with a clothesline for hanging wet clothes. The kitchen was fully stocked, complete with a full-sized fridge. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a variety of options that changed daily. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even cleaned our villa daily, always at the time we requested. The location was convenient, within walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores. We also appreciated the easy access to transportation and the fact that the hotel was located near the fire station.

Our stay at Villas Colibri Suites & Bungalows was incredible. We were welcomed with a warm smile by the lovely Vanessa, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic trip. She even helped us organize a beautiful Christmas dinner, cooked by the talented Marlena. The homemade breakfasts delivered to our door each morning were a delightful surprise, packed with fresh fruits and juices. The facilities were clean and well-stocked, and the location was just a short distance from the center of Cozumel. We are grateful for the extra care provided by the staff and look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel for an authentic Cozumel experience.

Despite some noise from nearby cars and a few minor issues with the hot water and Wi-Fi, the overall experience at Villas Colibri Suites & Bungalows was fantastic. The level of service, cleanliness, and amenities exceeded our expectations.

We had a fantastic time in our recent city trip! the complementary breakfast and house-keeping services were a great touch. the hotel was located in a convenient area, close to all the attractions and with easy access to transportation. the garden area was our favorite place to hang out, it was so cozy and beautiful.

We had some issues with the air conditioning in our room. It was too close to the bed and blew directly onto us, causing my partner to catch a cold.

We had a great stay at Villas Colibri Suites & Bungalows. the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating during a hurricane, moving us to a larger villa for the remainder of our stay. the accommodations were well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. the grounds were well-maintained and the pool was sparkling clean. We appreciated the prompt and friendly service, including the daily cleaning and fresh fruit breakfast. it was the perfect place for our first week in Mexico.
