Consider visiting during early morning or late afternoon for a quieter experience at the pools and restaurant areas, as they can get busy mid-day.

i almost thought this place would be amazing, but the restaurant service was sooo slow and disorganized, really disappointing for a vacation. also, my room lacked a closet, which woudl ve been nice as I had to live out of my suitcase. not to forget, I expected at least a welcome drink but nothing! so rude.

Amazing sea views and friendly staff made our stay memorable! Daniella's morning greetings were a highlight 😊. Don't miss room 14 for the best view!

The location is mint, right on the beach, but the hot tub was broken and that was a bummer. Breakfast had heaps of tasty options, though!

Unfortunately, the shower in our room provided only a trickle of water, which made for a frustrating experience during our stay.

staying here was fantastic because we could easily walk to both La Choza de Fito and the stunning Playa Holbox, all within about 10-15 minutes, making our weekend explorations super convenient and enjoyable. additionally, we loved that the vibe was so relaxing, and the staff were really friendly, enhancing our overall experience as we wandered around to discover the beauty of the island and its surroundings.

The location is fantastic, offering a tranquil spot away from the busy areas. The design is charming, the food delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We loved relaxing in the hammocks while watching the stars.

We did face some inconsistent water issues that affected our showers. Also, the restaurant service felt a bit rushed at times, which took away from the dining experience. Additionally, the beach area had some seaweed that wasn’t very pleasant to walk through.

The location is a perfect escape, far from the town's hustle, and the free bikes made discovering the island delightful. Breakfast offered an incredible array, leaving us completely satisfied each morning.

Room 14's ocean view was breathtaking. I enjoyed daily bike rides around the island, and watching pelicans fishing was a highlight.
