The location was conveniently close to a great local restaurant that we really enjoyed. It was also surrounded by a lovely tiny garden with beautiful palm trees. Additionally, there were several great restaurants nearby to choose from. The hotel was located on the outskirts of the main town area, providing a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a clean bathroom. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing excellent service. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and provided a comfortable stay.

The hotel was a bit far from the beach, which could be inconvenient for guests who wanted easy access to the beach.

had another incredible stay in tulum but this time at a different hotel. found a hidden gem! loved the serene and peaceful vibe at this oasis. spacious rooms with a great view of the pool. friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and a short walk to a fantastic local restaurant. highly recommend this beautiful place!

Villas H2O Tulum is a great find for anyone looking for a budget-friendly option in a quiet area. The attention to detail in the accommodations is impressive, with rooms that are clean and well-maintained. I particularly loved the beautiful bathroom, fully stocked with all the essentials. The small kitchenette was also a bonus, allowing us to prepare some snacks and drinks right in our room. And to top it off, breakfast was included in the rate, providing a nice start to our day.

All was fine during our stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Although the pool was great, accessing the splash pad area was a bit tricky for small kids. It would have been better if it had a separate entry.

We loved the spacious and clean Deluxe King Room with its minimalistic design and comfortable mattress. The bathroom with two sinks was a nice touch. The balcony had a small sofa and was perfect for relaxing. The staff was amazing, calling us by name and being extremely accommodating. The pool was beautiful and the garden even nicer than in the photos. It's a peaceful and serene oasis, perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach.
