Sticky bathroom floor and rude staff interaction.

i almost considered giving a good review, but then reality hit. rude staff and the promised standing shower was just a tub. also, what’s with the tiny quilt on a king bed? i expected at least some top-notch service to make up for these issues! surely, a complimentary espresso maker woudl ve been too much to ask?

The hotel is ideally located right across a lovely park and adjacent to a shopping mall, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast spread is impressive with a variety of options, and my room was spacious with a comfortable bed, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I stayed one night and wow, the room was huge with a fab view! The breakfast was super nice, lots of options. The staff was really helpful, even offered me a packed lunch for my tour. Just wished they had better coffee options in the morning. Still, can't complain too much!

The room I stayed in was huge and had a fantastic shower with great water pressure, making my mornings so refreshing. I also loved that they had a nice garden area and a cozy TV lounge to kick back in after a busy day. Just a heads up, they could improve the coffee service during breakfast since it takes a while to get a cup. 😊

It was just a good pick for a brief visit in Chisinau with value for money. The reception assistants were welcoming and helped us with local recommendations which made our trip more enjoyable. Make sure to check the Wi-Fi connection in your room as it may vary.

Excellent location near parks and malls, with a spacious and clean room featuring a lovely city view. Staff were attentive and responded quickly to requests. Breakfast was delicious, but the room's lack of convenient plug placements and the noisy atmosphere on the fourth floor were drawbacks.

this hotel is really centrly located and super spacious. the breakfast is pretty good with a lot of hot and cold options. my room had a nice view and was really comfy with a big bed. staff were friendly and helpful. The whole place was clean and well-kept. loved how quiet it was, no disturbances from other guests!

This place suits me perfectly! It provides everything I need, like fast wi-fi, a coffee shop, and 24-hour security. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped with a late departure, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend it for a comfortable stay! I'm definitely coming back for a city trip.
