The location is convenient and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms have ample hot water. The hotel is well decorated and the food is delicious. Close proximity to downtown. 💯

The rooms were decently sized and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was located close to the downtown area and it was easy to access various sites of the city. we were provided with clean towels each day, and the hotel had a restaurant on site that served delicious food.

During my stay over the New Year period, the hotel was understaffed and unable to provide adequate service to guests. The staff was unhelpful and seemed irritated whenever we asked for assistance or requested items like extra blankets.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. The service was outstanding, from the friendly and helpful staff at reception to the fast and efficient laundry service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel even provided a lovely welcome drink upon arrival. The terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view. the quality of service and comfort provided here exceeded my expectations.

This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
