The pools were fantastic, perfect for kids and family fun!

Had a fun time at the water park and enjoyed happy hour. The room was noisy and the check-in process was slow.

It has a great oceanfront view and plenty of pools for the kids. The staff goes above and beyond, especially Tom and Vince, super friendly and professional!

It wasn't cheap, but for the experience we got, it felt alright.

A lovely getaway with minor improvements needed

The Breakers Resort boasts a prime beachfront location with spacious pools that kids thoroughly enjoyed. Tim at the front desk provided a warm welcome and upgraded our room. the furniture and amenities could use updates, and beach chairs should be included in the room price for convenience.

The pool and waterslides are a hit with kids. Management has a strong grasp on location—it’s at the center of activity. Ocean views from the balcony were appealing, but the description could have been clearer; it’s not entirely oceanfront. The Murphy bed is a clever addition, ideal for extra guests. overcrowding leads to lengthy waits for elevators, a point of frustration. Check-in was chaotic, especially with multiple buildings involved and a lack of communication about room assignments. The dirty room upon arrival was concerning, but staff responded well to our requests. Cleanliness needs more consistent attention. This venue has promise, yet it must refine operations to match the experience it aims to deliver.

The room featured two queen beds and a sofa bed, ideal for our group of four. The beds were comfy, though the mattresses could use upgrading for added softness. The full kitchen was a nice surprise, and the bathroom was kept very clean. We had an angled ocean view, which was perfect for relaxation, and the balconies were nicely designed despite being small. Noise from the neighboring rooms was noticeable, especially when they flushed toilets. The ice machine being only on the ground floor was inconvenient, and the towels were changed daily without hassle.

Fantastic proximity to beaches and attractions for weekend explorers

The hotel is just a few steps away from the beach and only a ten-minute walk from the boardwalk, making it super easy to enjoy the beautiful ocean views and lively atmosphere the area has to offer while also being within walking distance to at least five wonderful restaurants, bars, and a small shopping plaza, which really enhances the convenience for anyone looking to soak in the local vibes; it’s also nice to have a suite with plenty of space and a full kitchen but I do wish the room had some modern updates and better soundproofing from the road traffic.

I was really disappointed with the noise at night; it felt like the neighbors were throwing a party right outside our door. We called the front desk, but security just walked by without addressing anything. Not cool when you have kids trying to sleep.

Just stayed at this hotel right on the beach. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! Unfortunately, the room was run down. I would return for the lovely OCEAN VIEW.

Omg, our vacay at the hotel with the 💦 view was lwk ! the amenities were perf. However, the room 🚭 smelled bad and the furniture was 🤢. Nonetheless, the staff were 👌✨!

In my wife's opinion, the hotel could improve its maid service scheduling for more convenience.

Loved the convenient location and the friendly staff! The room was modern and had a beach view. The heated pool and beach access provided awesome relaxation options. Shame about kids leaving the pool area messy, but didn’t ruin my overall positive experience! 😊
