Room sizes could use improvement!!! It’s rather unfortunate that the air conditioning was inconsistent and made for restless nights!!! I found the available spa service hours to be quite limited for relaxation after a long day!!! The pool area felt small and could really benefit from clearer family use guidelines!!!

Staying at the Radisson Hotel President was a delight! The breakfast spread was impressive, with fresh juices and hand-made omelets. The staff was always cheerful, making every day feel welcoming. The rooftop views were stunning, especially during sunset!

The air conditioning in our room was a bit challenging, as it seemed to only warm up. We had to crack open a window at night, which wasn’t ideal. Also, the pool area could use clearer guidelines for family use to avoid any awkwardness.

Unfortunately, my experience at Radisson was disappointing. The insistence on wearing a swimming cap in the small pool felt unnecessary, and it impacted my enjoyment of the facility. Additionally, the food at breakfast was subpar. many items were stale, and I expected much better quality given the local cuisine. To make matters worse, the service lacked warmth and attentiveness beyond the reception staff, which was surprising for a well-known chain.

absolutely stunning views, but the air conditioning didn't work even close to what I expected. just disappointing! also, the rude parking personnel made me feel like a criminal for simply arriving. after all that, a simple complimentary water bottle would’ve been a nice touch. Despite that, I found the breakfast to be impressive with a great variety, especially the freshly made omelets.

Request a room with a hairdryer that isn't wall-mounted for convenience. it's much easier to use in front of the mirror.

the jaccuzzi was not functional during my entire stay, and the air conditioning was a disaster, only blowing warm air. I expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a welcome gift for my troubles, but that would have been too much to ask I guess. Honestly, I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

i had a wonderful 5-night stay at radisson. the hotel is perfectly located near historical attractions like the grand bazaar. the rooftop restaurant had fantastic views and delicious meals. i especially loved the volcanic stone massage at the spa, it really helped me relax. the staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay.

While the location is fantastic for tourists, navigating to the hotel can be tricky. a detailed map would be a useful addition for first-time visitors. It could use better soundproofing as noises from adjacent rooms were noticeable.
