I can't say enough about the value for money at this 5-star hotel in Marrakesh. The room was spacious, luxurious, and I loved the little extras like fresh flowers and complimentary minibar. The location was convenient with a free shuttle into town, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The breakfast selection could use some improvement.

We recently stayed at Kenzi Menara Palace for our summer holiday and had a fantastic time. The hotel offers great value for money with its big swimming pool, fun atmosphere, and well-maintained gardens. The staff were attentive and made us feel welcome, especially Saed who went out of his way to ensure we had sun loungers available. The rooms were cleaned to a good standard and the breakfast provided a great start to our day. The hotel's location made transportation to the city center easy, with taxis and shuttles readily available. we had another great experience and continue to recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Marrakesh and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and a stunning view of the Atlas Mountains. The staff, especially Hassan, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food offerings were diverse and delicious, with options for every palate. The beds were comfortable and the umbrellas provided shade on hot days. We also had the chance to visit the nearby Sofitel and found it to be even better. a great experience.

The lack of attention to detail in some areas.

Nothing not to love.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that offers a wide range of amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, sun loungers, and spa center. the service is exceptional, and the staff is courteous and attentive to guests' needs. the Spa & wellness center is top-notch, offering various treatments such as full body massages, body wraps, and facials that left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the restaurant serves a delicious and extensive buffet breakfast, and private facilities are exclusive and upscale.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of entertainment. the hotel does not offer many activities besides the spa and a seasonal outdoor pool, which may not be enough for some guests seeking more leisure options.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The pool was fantastic, and there was plenty of space to relax. The service provided by the staff was excellent, especially Yousef, Salah, and Mohamed. The food at the restaurant was delicious with many options available. The spa and gym facilities were also top-notch. Additionally, the location was convenient as it was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle to the nearby attractions. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

Absolutely beautiful hotel! the rooms are very spacious, and the hotel is spotless. the food is fantastic with plenty of options for every meal. the pool is a great way to cool off in the 30-degree heat. the staff is so friendly and helpful. the complimentary shuttle bus to the city center is very convenient.

The ironing service wasn't great. A few additional spirits, like Jack Daniels, are not included in the all-inclusive package.

I had a fantastic stay at Kenzi Menara Palace. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained and created a peaceful atmosphere. The room amenities were clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the traditional Moroccan decor. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals were exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the themed nights, especially the traditional Moroccan night on Fridays. The poolside was calm and clean, and the sun loungers and beds were incredibly comfortable. The shuttle bus service was convenient and the driver was friendly. The souvenir shop inside the hotel was a great place to shop, offering the same prices as local shops but with a calmer shopping experience. I had a wonderful stay at Kenzi Menara Palace and would highly recommend it.
