We had a delightful stay at a luxurious hotel in beautiful surroundings. The check-in experience was welcoming and we were greeted with a refreshing drink and a tasty cookie. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, providing plenty of space for our comfort. The hotel itself is large and exudes a classy atmosphere.

The view of the mountains and surrounding landscape was incredible! Free horseback riding, biking, tennis, and football. Peaceful environment. Beautiful breakfast with a view of the small pond and mountains. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly and eager-to-please staff.

The location of this hotel is great, surrounded by a park with peacocks wandering around. It is also near a forest where they cook the Tajen, which is a unique experience. Additionally, there is much to do in terms of water activities, ensuring a fun-filled stay. The rooms are amazing, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The service is top-notch, with well-trained and hospitable staff. The breakfast is delicious, providing a wide variety of options. the facilities are excellent, including a beautiful lobby and a well-maintained property.

One negative aspect is that the bicycle tour, which is said to be amazing, is scheduled at noon, making it impossible for one-night stay guests to experience it.

Great beds and fantastic views from the room. the staff were friendly and offered complementary activities to engage in. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and made it easy to connect with local attractions.

The food was overpriced, and the prices were not budget-friendly, making it challenging for families or groups on a tight budget. the prices for single items such as water bottles were ridiculous and made it challenging for families trying to have a meal.

Excellent service and attention to detail. We were pleasantly surprised by the personalized assistance we received when our child fell ill during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us find a doctor and even arranged transportation for us. The hotel's traditional charm added to the overall experience. The food in the restaurant and breakfast room was delicious. The spacious balcony in our room provided stunning views of the surroundings. Despite a few minor hiccups, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is a luxurious dream come true. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness centre is the ultimate relaxing experience, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, steam room and treatment rooms that offer massages, body scrub. There is also a garden area, sun terrace and outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers to relax in.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the sauna can only be used by one person at a time, even though we were offered 20 minutes for both of us. We addressed this with the management and nothing was done to accommodate us.
