The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making it easy to communicate and get assistance whenever needed. The daily restocking of towels, tea, and coffee was a thoughtful touch. The hotel's location right next to the tram station was convenient for exploring the city and discovering some amazing food places like Organic Kitchen and Bondi Coffee Kitchen.

I stayed at a hotel recently that was conveniently located near various attractions. It was within walking distance of the medina, allowing easy exploration of the local market. it was close to an exhibition I attended, making travel hassle-free. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, meeting my every need. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and had a beautiful view of the poolside.

The check-in process at the hotel was quite slow.

The hotel had a great location, right next to a tram stop and the central market. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit local Moroccan restaurants. The rooms were comfortable with clean beds and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was generally polite and eager to help, and the manager went out of their way to make my birthday special. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, and the WiFi was reliable.

It was also quite frustrating to be woken up early in the morning by the cleaning service.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were very attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our luxurious needs were fulfilled throughout our stay. the spa & wellness centre was exceptional, with a wide variety of treatments to choose from and a peaceful atmosphere for ultimate relaxation. the indoor and outdoor swimming pools were also very impressive, along with the sauna and Jacuzzi. the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, such as the beach and entertainment options.

There was a minor issue with the restaurant service. Although the food was very good, it was sometimes slow, causing a slight inconvenience.

It's well-positioned for those who want to be able to easily access the city and everything it has to offer. Airport location is ideal with a direct shuttle service. The breakfast spread is impressive and the staff are friendly and accommodating.
