Friendly staff, easy access, clean rooms. No food at breakfast but plenty of dining options nearby. a satisfying stay.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few things that I liked about this hotel. the breakfast area had a good food selection, which was convenient for starting the day off right. Secondly, the staff at the reception were knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with information about local attractions and restaurants. Lastly, the hotel's location was key - it was right off the freeway and just minutes away from popular landmarks like BYU-I and the Rexburg Temple.

There were a few things that I disliked about this hotel. the bathroom design was a bit odd, with frosted glass sliding doors that didn't offer much privacy.

Located near the temple, this hotel has large rooms with a sliding door to a balcony overlooking either a field or the parking lot. The king-sized bed is comfortable, but the bathroom needs improvements. The hotel offers laundry facilities and good internet for work. However, the breakfast has been a constant disappointment, now to the point of only offering a tiny muffin and a single piece of fruit.

The exercise room was well-equipped and the staff was friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the check-in clerk. The breakfast spread had plenty of choices and the location was convenient with nearby restaurants. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

I stayed at a hotel just outside of town with a few restaurants nearby and it was nice and peaceful. The room at Springhill Suites was incredibly clean and cozy, and the staff was always friendly and willing to help. I loved the spaciousness of the suite, with a separate area for lounging and working. The bathroom setup with a separate toilet was a unique touch that reminded me of my travels in Europe. The sliding glass doors in the room allowed for plenty of natural light, and I appreciated the small alcove with a fridge, microwave, and coffee and tea options. The bed and pillows were heavenly, ensuring a good night's sleep. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was thrilled to find that the breakfast offered more than just pastries and bread - I had the option of scrambled eggs and your choice of sausage or ham. In the future, I will definitely choose Springhill Suites over other hotels in the area.

The only thing I would suggest in terms of breakfast is to improve upon the options available. A wider variety of choices would be a great addition to the morning delights.

The bed was very comfortable and had just the right bedding. The bathroom with a separate toilet was a unique touch, like in Europe. The small alcove with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee and tea was a convenient addition. As someone who is gluten-free, I was thrilled with the breakfast options. Unlike many other places, they had scrambled eggs and either sausage or ham, which suited my dietary needs perfectly. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, just down the hill from Yellowstone National Park.

The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, like the sliding door that led to a balcony. Additionally, the breakfast included was delicious and had a varied selection. I also liked that the hotel offered basic amenities like a heating unit. it was a great value for the price.
