We had an incredible stay at a luxurious resort located in the bustling center of Marrakech. The hotel's prime location allowed us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the market, just a stone's throw away. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, complete with a beautifully appointed bathroom. The service provided by the attentive staff was exceptional, ensuring our every need was met. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and we were delighted by the stunning views from the rooftop terrace. The resort also offered fantastic facilities, including a spa and a gym with state-of-the-art equipment.

The gym could have had more variety in terms of fitness classes to cater to different preferences.

Some staff members lacked international top hotel standards and communication between different teams was not very smooth. Bedsheets were heavy and uncomfortable, and the absence of a “clean the room” sign caused some confusion.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable experience. The exclusive amenities and personalized service provided by the staff made me feel like royalty. The Spa & wellness centre with its variety of treatments and beautiful design was the highlight of my stay. I enjoyed spending time in the Indoor swimming pool and sauna. The hotel's location also provided easy access to nearby attractions.

Although my stay was fantastic, I did notice a lot of food waste at the hotel's restaurant. I understand that it may be difficult to gauge how much food to prepare, but it seemed excessive.
