During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn, I was delighted to experience a clean and comfortable room. The manager at check-in was friendly and went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the small pool and outdoor seating area provided a relaxing space to enjoy the warm sunshine. Although the breakfast options could have been more extensive, the small inconvenience was outweighed by the convenience of having a quick access to the airport and a reliable airport shuttle service. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and ease of access to the airport.

As a light sleeper, I liked the comfortable and soft sheets, which helped me get a good night's sleep.

This airport hotel is conveniently located in South Houston, making it a great spot for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The hotel provides free shuttle service to the airport, which is reliable and on time. The rooms are clean, basic but comfortable with all essential amenities. The complimentary breakfast and evening snack are good and there is a small pool and gym on site for leisure.

The hotel's shuttle system between hotels, as reported by some guests, could be improved to avoid any disappointments.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with a nice shower and outlets by the bed. the breakfast had a good variety including fresh fruit, yogurt, and hot options like eggs and meat. Also, they provided a free dinner during the week, which was a nice touch after a busy day.

The shuttle service was unreliable and took way longer than expected to pick up guests. Additionally, they charged extra for using AMEX or Mastercard, which was a bit inconvenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel offered a free airport shuttle, making it convenient for us to catch our flight to the Bahamas. We were also able to park our car at the hotel for free for 4 days, providing peace of mind. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel, very close to the airport, was ideal for us.

This hotel is great value for money with attentive staff. The location in park like surroundings with other hotels amid towering pines creates a cozy atmosphere. The basic amenities in the room such as the refrigerator, microwave, and king bed with comfy beds were great. Guests can enjoy the breakfast with many options, including a locally brewed beer.

All aspects of this hotel were great.

The Fairfield Inn near the airport provided great value for the price. The room had all the amenities we needed and the location was convenient. The staff, especially Manager Brian Cooper, was professional and helpful.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by offering breakfast meat with the waffles.
