They were efficient and fast, always serving us food and water as requested, even during Ramadan. The hotel itself had everything we needed, making it perfect for a holiday. The pool was great, the breakfast was delicious, and the entire building looked like a museum. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of the Medina, although it could be quite a long walk in the hot weather.
