We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of everything. We were just a short walk away from the Theater District and Times Square, and even Central Park. It was so convenient to have all the attractions within reach. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was the most comfortable we've slept in during our entire vacation. We didn't want to leave the room! The rooftop view was stunning, especially during sunset, and we enjoyed spending time up there. We can't wait to come back and stay here again!

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic and went out of their way to please. They were extremely helpful and made sure my stay was comfortable. the beds were really comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. Another highlight was the special birthday surprise they gave me with gold leaves on the bed, a bottle of wine, and balloons - such a lovely touch!

I initially had to cancel my reservation elsewhere and luckily found availability at Cassa Hotel. Ashley, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to make my check-in smooth and comfortable. The room was affordable, spacious and well-maintained. Ronald at check-out was also friendly and helpful. The hotel offered great amenities like free happy hour, WiFi, and breakfast. The location was perfect, close to popular attractions and surrounded by a variety of dining options. I will definitely be returning this summer!

The staff at Truss Hotel Times Square were absolutely fantastic! They were super helpful and genuine, making our stay even better. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot. We felt safe and secure during our stay, especially as two girls traveling alone. The hotel lobby had a hostel-like atmosphere and was not visually appealing. the hallways had dirty carpets with noticeable stains and worn-out areas.

It was within walking distance of many attractions, and being just outside of Times Square gave us a break from the major tourist area. The rooftop was definitely a highlight, offering a stunning view where we enjoyed picnics and relaxed after a day of sightseeing. The shower and toilet facilities were excellent, and the bare wood floors added a nice touch.

I recently stayed at Truss Hotel in Times Square for a week-long vacation. The hotel was clean and quiet, yet conveniently located near everything. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooftop view during sunset was breathtaking. The staff, especially Diana and Cesar, were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent recommendations. The front entrance fruit service and the fix for the scale and water pressure were impressive touches. I definitely plan on staying here again!
