This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like a fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and valet parking. On my first stay, the staff returned my forgotten jewelry, and Rida from concierge was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

The welcome atmosphere is warm and inviting.

During my stay, I felt a sense of disappointment with the breakfast service, especially when a large group arrived. The breakfast room, which was previously well-organized, became unmanageable, and seating was cramped, forcing many to sit in direct sunlight with inadequate cover. It was frustrating to see tables dirty and the buffet not maintained to the hotel's high standards. Additionally, on my last day, the mishap with the taxi arrangement left me anxious and racing to catch my train, which cast a shadow over what could have been a relaxing departure.

The architecture and amenities are stunning, especially the large pool area. A lovely surprise was the singing chef at breakfast, brightening our mornings with his entertaining renditions.

However, service was inconsistent. my room's AC never worked properly despite several requests. Also, some staff seemed more focused on tips than our needs, which was frustrating.

The hotel is in a prime location, allowing us to easily walk to the modern district and only a short taxi ride away from the main square, costing around £5. We were also impressed by the lovely pool area and the spacious Junior Suite with a great view. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Mokhtar, who made our stay even more memorable.

One downside was the limited restaurant choices in the hotel.

the staff were super friendly and accommodating. our room was comfy with a nice view of the pools. loved the breakfast buffets, especially the fresh fruit selections! the spa was really nice too, made us feel relaxed. oh and the orangerie restaurant staff were really great, shoutout to wiam and souhaila for being awesome!

but, the breakfast seating was way too cramped and it got pretty chaotic. also, i had a little trouble with the response time when i asked for help on a couple of things.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The design was nice, and I appreciated the view from my spacious room. The breakfast had a variety of options, and I loved the fresh juices. One highlight was the large pool area where I spent time relaxing. It was a bit challenging to get service by the pool, but I found the staff friendly. Overall, I felt welcomed here, and it was an experience I appreciated. The location was convenient for exploring the local area.
